MADRIX RADAR fusion small: remote maintenance and monitoring for up to 64 RDM devices

MADRIX® RADAR configures, monitors and manages RDM-capable fixtures and devices remotely, with automatic around-the-clock monitoring and e-mail notifications. The fusion small licence unlocks all features for up to 64 RDM devices and sub-devices.

MADRIX KEY required: the licence is stored on a metallic MADRIX KEY. The KEY is not included.

Activation

Unlocked in three steps

  1. Order. The licence is generated for you after your order.
  2. Receive the activation file. You receive an activation file (PDF) with a ticket number by e-mail.
  3. Unlock. Plug in a metallic MADRIX KEY, start MADRIX RADAR and enter the ticket number under Help › MADRIX KEY › Activate MADRIX KEY…. Activation needs an internet connection once.

  • Microsoft Windows 11, 64 bit only
  • metallic MADRIX KEY (not included)
  • RDM-capable devices on an RDM node in the Art-Net network

Frequently asked questions

Do I need RADAR fusion if I use MADRIX STELLA?
No, not for those devices. RDM devices connected to MADRIX STELLA or STELLA 8 are automatically licensed for RADAR at no extra cost, according to the manufacturer. You need fusion for devices on RDM nodes from other manufacturers.
Can I move to a bigger fusion licence later?
Yes, there are upgrades to medium and large.
Can I try RADAR first?
Yes. Without a licence RADAR runs in demo mode with up to 2 RDM devices.
What is the difference to MADRIX 5?
MADRIX 5 controls the light and creates effects. RADAR sets up and monitors the devices via RDM. They are separate programs with their own licences.
