The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). * If you partially withdraw from the contract and the order value falls below the threshold, we reserve the right to charge the proportionate shipping costs, provided we informed you of the amount in advance or it was easy to calculate.

No delivery at present

EU sanctions: Belarus, North Korea, Russia. Also no delivery to Crimea or to the areas of Ukraine not controlled by the government.
