PIXLtec GmbH Warranty Conditions:

In addition to the statutory rights to defects to which you are entitled, we grant you a 3-year warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The period for the warranty begins with the invoice date. Our warranty extends geographically to the Federal Republic of Germany. If, during this period, material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion within the scope of the warranty:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (if necessary also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods caused by

  • misuse or improper handling
  • Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Failure to observe any safety precautions
  • Failure to observe the operating instructions
  • Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts
  • Modifications of the goods (e.g. shortening/cutting of cables, opening of housings).
  • normal wear and tear
  • Defects that were already known to the customer at the time of purchase

A claim under the warranty requires that you allow us to examine the warranty claim in advance by sending in the goods. In doing so, it must be ensured that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the goods shipment. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse warranty service without enclosing this copy of the invoice. The sending of the invoice copy serves for the calculation of the warranty period.

If it is a legitimate warranty claim, the warranty processing for you freight prepaid. We will then reimburse any shipping costs that you may have paid.

Note:
Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not limited by this warranty promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
