We do not charge a surcharge for any payment method. The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout – depending on the delivery country and your customer account.

With the card in your Apple Wallet – on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Google Pay
With the card stored in your Google account.
Amazon Pay
With the payment details from your Amazon account.
Prepayment
Bank transfer within 5 days. You will receive our bank details by email.
Invoice for business customers
With a business account from your 2nd order, up to €1,000 net.
Pay upon invoice
Via PayPal with Ratepay – pay after receiving the goods. For €5 to €2,500.
Payment methods in detail
Prepayment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of order processing.
PayPal
You pay via the payment service provider PayPal using the details stored in your PayPal account, without having to enter your payment information again. Depending on what PayPal offers, you can also pay by direct debit in the PayPal window. More information at paypal.com.
Credit and debit card
You can pay by credit or debit card. The payment is processed with 3D Secure by the payment service provider Unzer.
Apple Pay
You pay with the card stored in your Apple Wallet. Apple Pay is only shown on compatible Apple devices. The payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal.
Google Pay
You pay with the payment method stored in your Google account. The payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal.
Amazon Pay
You pay via your existing Amazon customer account and can use the payment details stored there. You do not need a customer account in our shop. More information at pay.amazon.com.
Pay upon invoice with Ratepay
Private customers resident in Germany can buy on invoice via PayPal – for order values from €5 to €2,500 including shipping costs. PayPal offers this service in cooperation with Ratepay. Ratepay checks your identity and creditworthiness in its own name; if pay upon invoice is declined, you will be informed immediately during checkout and can choose another payment method. Our claim is assigned to Ratepay, so you can only make payment with discharging effect to Ratepay. You will receive the payment instructions from Ratepay by email. Invoice for business customers
Business customers with a business account can pay on invoice from their second order – for deliveries within Germany up to a goods value of €1,000 net (excluding shipping). A previous order counts once it has been paid or shipped. Sufficient creditworthiness is required, which we check; in individual cases we reserve the right to request another payment method after the check. After consultation and a credit check, we can raise the limit. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice is due immediately upon receipt of the goods without deduction.
