xConnect® T-connector for power injection (3/2/3-pin, IP65)
The T-connector is plugged in between two string sections: the three wires run through, and additional power is injected via the two-pin branch — the matching 2-pin connection cable with open ends is included. PVC coupling nuts and silicone seals protect the mated connections to IP65.

Connection
How to use the T-connector
- Switch off. Switch off the power supply before mating or disconnecting.
- Insert. Plug the T-connector in between two sections and tighten the coupling nuts by hand.
- Inject power. Plug the included 2-pin connection cable onto the branch and connect its open ends to the power supply with correct polarity (red V+, black GND) — same voltage as the string.
Caution: Connect, mate or disconnect only with the power switched off. Protect open connectors from moisture.

Frequently asked questions
Is the connection watertight when unmated?
No. Protection to IP65 applies only to the mated connection with the coupling nut tightened.
What is the two-pin branch for?
It only supplies power (V+ and GND); the data signal runs through the T-connector.
Can I connect a second power supply with it?
Not as it is: the T-connector does not separate the + line, all three sides are connected through, V+ and GND run in parallel. For a second, separate power supply the + line would have to be cut.
How do I extend the connection?
With the xConnect® extension cable 3-pin (10210) in 0.5, 1, 2, 3 or 6 m. An open 3-pin plug is sealed with the cap 10163.
